Only one account per household is permitted in cases where multiple family members reside at the same address.
54ph reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at account registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
54ph is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are doing so in violation of these Terms and at their own risk. 54ph accepts no liability for players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including their username, password, and two-factor authentication device. You must not share your login details with any third party. 54ph will never request your password via any communication channel.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 54ph support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. 54ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Players must not allow third parties to use their account on their behalf, whether for the purposes of circumventing restrictions, exploiting bonuses, or any other reason. Account ownership is non-transferable.
54ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Processing times and limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal method must match the payment channel used for the player's most recent deposit. 54ph reserves the right to require additional documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 or as otherwise required by anti-money laundering regulations.
54ph processes withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform. Typical processing times are: GCash and Maya — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank transfers — 30 to 60 minutes. These are target timeframes and may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
54ph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AMLA) regulations. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. 54ph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities. Structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.
Players must not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their bank or e-wallet provider for funds deposited to 54ph. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of any associated winnings, and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount plus associated costs.
54ph offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of claim. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotion.
Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus credits and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period. Expiry dates are displayed in the account's bonus section.
54ph monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets to minimize risk while completing wagering requirements (low-risk pattern betting), collusion with other players, and any other behavior that 54ph deems to be exploitation of its promotional offers. 54ph reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All games available on 54ph are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.
Digital games (slots, RNG table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are random and unpredictable. All content on the 54ph platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and trademarks — is the property of 54ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from 54ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54ph's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
54ph shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or telecommunications failures; or losses arising from Force Majeure events.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 54ph does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 54ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also refer disputes to PAGCOR's player complaints process where applicable.
54ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
